The short version

Graykon mobile apps part of the FixCycle suite do not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. No account is required, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising in our apps.

1. Who we are

This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications published by Graysoft Consulting Service Pty (Ltd), trading as Graykon IT Solutions ("Graykon", "we", "us", or "our"), available at Graykon.com.

We publish a series of FixCycle mobile applications — each designed to help you track and schedule recurring maintenance tasks for different areas of life. Current and planned FixCycle apps include:

  • PropFixCycle — home and property maintenance tracker.
  • CarFixCycle — vehicle maintenance and service tracker.
  • Future FixCycle apps covering additional maintenance categories.

All FixCycle apps share the same privacy-first architecture described in this policy. If any future app has materially different data practices, we will publish an updated version. For questions about this policy, please use our Contact Us form.

2. Data collected by our apps

We collect no personal data through our apps. Specifically:

  • All data you create in the app (vehicle details, service records, dates, notes) is stored locally on your device only.
  • No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party server.
  • No account, email address, or personal information is required to use any of our apps.
  • We do not use analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, or advertising networks within our apps.
  • We do not track your location.
  • We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

3. Notifications

Our apps use on-device local notifications to remind you when tasks or service intervals are due. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and are never routed through our servers or any third party. You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → [App Name].

4. Data collected by this website

The Graykon.com website may collect limited data in the following ways:

  • Contact form: If you submit an enquiry via our Contact Us form, the details you provide (name, email, message) are sent to us via Web3Forms and delivered to our email inbox. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and do not add you to any marketing list.
  • Web hosting logs: Our hosting provider (Namecheap) may automatically log standard server data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is standard practice for web servers and is governed by Namecheap's privacy policy. We do not use this data to identify or track individual visitors.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). We do not track your behavior across websites.

6. Third-party services

Our apps do not integrate with any third-party services. The Graykon.com website is a static HTML page with no embedded third-party scripts or social media widgets, with the exception of the Web3Forms contact form submission service.

7. Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because our apps collect no personal data, they are safe for use by anyone.

8. Data retention and deletion

Because all app data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control. To delete all data associated with an app, simply delete the app from your device. All data will be permanently removed.

If you submitted personal information via the Graykon.com contact form and would like it removed, please contact us via our Contact Us form and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Because our apps collect no personal data, these rights are largely satisfied by the apps' architecture itself. 10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy as our apps evolve — for example, if a future app adds cloud sync, account features, or other capabilities. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
